I’ve just set up Tumblr to import my ‘liked’ videos on Vimeo. Let’s see how this goes.
You can rename contacts in Google Talk (the Windows client) by right-clicking a contact and clicking ‘Rename’, but only their first name will appear in their chat window. To get around this, use ALT+0160 in place of the space(s) in their name.

My hunch is that it’s not to prevent screen scraping, but to allow W|A to publish mathematical formulae using a LaTeX-like system. All the images have full text alt tags, so scraping would be no harder than if the content was in plain text. Several comments on that post also agree.
Going to give this extension a try. Looks nifty with its drag and drop goodness. I would prefer it to redirect to the tumblr.com interface so I can access all the posting options, but I won’t complain.
